Man Killed, Two Injured As Car Dragged 6km Under Trailer

A 45-year-old man was killed and two others injured when their car collided with a moving trailer near Nimatand village in Giridih district on Sunday night. The impact was so severe that the car became wedged under the trailer, which then allegedly continued for nearly 6km, dragging the vehicle until Manjhiladih village. Residents alerted police after spotting the car, leading to a rescue operation where occupants were extricated from the mangled vehicle.
