Four PFI Cadres Get Life For Hindu Munnani

A special NIA court has sentenced four cadres of the banned Popular Front of India (PFI) to life imprisonment for the 2016 murder of Hindu Munnani spokesman C Sasikumar in Coimbatore. The convicted individuals, identified as Sadam Hussain, Subair, Mubarak, and Mohammad Rafiqul Hassan, were also fined Rs 30,000 each. The court found them guilty under sections related to murder, criminal conspiracy, and promoting enmity between groups, as well as provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

कोयंबटूर में 2016 में हिंदू मुन्नानी के प्रवक्ता सी. शशि कुमार की हत्या के मामले में NIA की एक विशेष अदालत ने प्रतिबंधित PFI के चार सदस्यों को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई है। इन दोषियों, जिनकी पहचान सद्दाम हुसैन, सुबैर, मुबारक और मोहम्मद रफीकुल हसन के रूप में हुई है, पर 30,000 रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है। अदालत ने उन्हें हत्या, आपराधिक साजिश और समूहों के बीच दुश्मनी को बढ़ावा देने से संबंधित धाराओं के तहत दोषी पाया।
