Uttar Pradesh is advancing its New Noida project, with land acquisition beginning in 37 priority villages. This new city, officially notified as the DNGIR, will span approximately 209 square kilometers across 84 villages in Gautam Buddha Nagar and Bulandshahr districts. New Noida is being developed as a major industrial and logistics hub within the NCR, focusing heavily on manufacturing and freight movement rather than residential development. The project aims to attract investment, create jobs, and provide much-needed space for industrial expansion in the region.

उत्तर प्रदेश अपने नए नोएडा प्रोजेक्ट को आगे बढ़ा रहा है, जिसमें 37 प्राथमिकता वाले गांवों में ज़मीन अधिग्रहण शुरू हो गया है। यह नया शहर, जिसे आधिकारिक तौर पर DNGIR के रूप में अधिसूचित किया गया है, गौतम बुद्ध नगर और बुलंदशहर जिलों के 84 गांवों में लगभग 209 वर्ग किलोमीटर तक फैला होगा। नया नोएडा को NCR के भीतर एक प्रमुख औद्योगिक और लॉजिस्टिक्स हब के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें आवासीय विकास के बजाय विनिर्माण और माल ढुलाई पर भारी ध्यान दिया जाएगा। इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य निवेश आकर्षित करना, रोज़गार पैदा करना और क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक विस्तार के लिए आवश्यक स्थान प्रदान करना है।
