Bengaluru Cops Pose As Passengers, Nab Pickpockets

Bengaluru police have successfully apprehended a gang of pickpockets by going undercover for two weeks. Officers disguised themselves and took bus rides to observe and identify the culprits. The gang allegedly targeted passengers on crowded buses, stealing cash and mobile phones during the rush as people boarded or alighted.

बेंगलुरु पुलिस ने दो हफ़्ते तक जासूसी करके पॉकेटमारों के एक गिरोह को पकड़ा है। पुलिसवाले सादे कपड़ों में बसों में घूमे और चोरों की पहचान की। यह गिरोह भीड़ भरी बसों में यात्रियों को निशाना बनाता था। चढ़ते-उतरते समय लोगों के पैसे और मोबाइल फोन चुरा लेते थे।
