Rolling-stock manufacturer Jupiter Wagons announced on Thursday that it has received a significant order valued at ₹1,140 crore from the Ministry of Railways. The order is for the supply of 2,583 wagons, bolstering the company's already strong private-sector order book. Jupiter Wagons anticipates further order inflows of approximately ₹2,000 crore in the fourth quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal year. This positive outlook is further supported by a recent tender from the Ministry of Railways for 5,800 BOBRN wagons.
