Kathak Dancers Showcase Traditional Artistry at Nritya Naad Event

Kathak patrons were treated to a classical music and dance showcase called Nritya Naad, organized by the Rivayat Lucknow Gharana Dance and Music Academy. The event, held at Kalka-Bindadin Deori, began with a Guru award ceremony honoring senior guru Rameshwari alias Munni Mishra. Dancers presented traditional Kathak pieces, including 'Shiv Stuti' and compositions set to thumri and bandish. The program also featured performances by young and senior students, highlighting various Kathak techniques and devotional themes. The concert concluded with a devotional composition in praise of Goddess Durga.

नृत्य नाद में कथक नर्तकों ने पारंपरिक कला का प्रदर्शन किया

कथक के प्रशंसकों को 'नृत्य नाद' नामक एक शास्त्रीय संगीत और नृत्य समारोह का आनंद मिला, जिसका आयोजन 'रवायत लखनऊ घराना डांस एंड म्यूजिक एकेडमी' ने किया था। कालका-बिंदादीन डेओढ़ी में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत वरिष्ठ गुरु रामेश्वरी उर्फ मुन्नी मिश्रा को सम्मानित करने के लिए एक गुरु पुरस्कार समारोह के साथ हुई। नर्तकों ने 'शिव स्तुति' और ठुमरी व बंदिश पर आधारित रचनाओं सहित पारंपरिक कथक प्रस्तुतियाँ दीं। कार्यक्रम में युवा और वरिष्ठ छात्रों द्वारा भी प्रस्तुतियाँ दी गईं, जिनमें कथक की विभिन्न तकनीकों और भक्ति विषयों पर प्रकाश डाला गया। यह संगीत समारोह देवी दुर्गा की स्तुति में एक भक्ति रचना के साथ समाप्त हुआ।
