केरल की एक अदालत ने एक घातक मिनी कूपर दुर्घटना में तीन युवकों की मौत के आरोपी चार व्यक्तियों को जमानत देने से इनकार कर दिया है। अंगमाली जुडिशियल फर्स्ट क्लास मजिस्ट्रेट ने याचिकाएं खारिज कर दीं, विस्तृत आदेश लंबित है। यह दुर्घटना 11 अक्टूबर को हुई थी जब कथित तौर पर नशे में धुत 19 वर्षीय युवक द्वारा चलाई जा रही एक कार ने तीन पीड़ितों को ले जा रही स्कूटर को टक्कर मार दी थी। अभियोजन ने गवाहों के बयान और सीसीटीवी फुटेज का हवाला दिया, जबकि बचाव पक्ष ने तर्क दिया कि पीड़ितों ने यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन किया था। अधिकारी दुर्घटना स्थल पर आगे की जांच कर रहे हैं।
