India has strongly criticized Pakistan at the United Nations, accusing Islamabad of attempting to present a propagandist image of India. Raghoo Puri, First Secretary at India's Permanent Mission to the UN, stated that Pakistan's government cannot override the instructions of the country's military, which he identified as the 'real rulers'. Puri highlighted that Pakistan's actions aim to distract from its domestic issues, including economic distress and human rights violations. He also questioned Pakistan's record on minority rights, noting a significant decline since its independence.
