Bhagalpur Authorities Auction 22 Seized Vehicles For Over Rs 4 Lakh

The prohibition, excise, and registration department in Bhagalpur has successfully auctioned 22 vehicles seized under the Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. This auction generated over Rs 4 lakh for the government treasury. The process followed standard operating procedures, including legal clearances and setting reserve prices, overseen by a committee of district officials. Bhagalpur DM Alankrita Pandey stated this auction is a significant step towards enforcing the Act and managing confiscated assets.

भागलपुर में निषेध, उत्पाद और पंजीकरण विभाग ने निषेध और उत्पाद अधिनियम, 2016 के तहत जब्त की गई 22 गाड़ियों की सफलतापूर्वक नीलामी की है। इस नीलामी से सरकारी खजाने में 4 लाख रुपये से ज़्यादा की राशि आई है। इस प्रक्रिया में कानूनी मंजूरी और आरक्षित मूल्य तय करने जैसे मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं का पालन किया गया, जिसकी निगरानी जिला अधिकारियों की एक समिति ने की। भागलपुर की डीएम अलंकृता पांडे ने कहा कि यह नीलामी अधिनियम को लागू करने और जब्त की गई संपत्तियों के प्रबंधन की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
