Country's Cultural Conscience Backs Youths Facing Fascist Regime: K.R. Meera

Renowned writer K.R. Meera stated that the nation's cultural conscience supports young people being targeted by a fascist regime. She was speaking at the Thrissur Literary Fest, inaugurated on Monday. Meera highlighted that these youths are physically assaulted for asserting their constitutional fundamental rights. The event, organized by the District Library Council, also featured speeches from Prof. M. Haridas, P.N. Gopikrishnan, M.P. Surendran, V. Murali, and M. Rajesh. Several books were also released during the inaugural session.
