Pragyan Ojha Appointed India's New Chief Selector

The BCCI has appointed former cricketer Pragyan Ojha as the new Chief Selector for the Indian team, succeeding Ajit Agarkar. Ojha, who was previously the interim chairman, has now been given the full-time role. The selection committee will also include Shiv Sundar Das, RP Singh, Ajay Ratra, and Ramesh Powar. Ojha had a notable international career, taking 113 Test wickets and 21 ODI wickets. Interestingly, his career ended in Sachin Tendulkar's final Test match, where Ojha was Player of the Match for taking 10 wickets.
