Curefoods Launches Budget Food Delivery App MegaBite in Bengaluru

Cloud kitchen operator Curefoods has launched a pilot of its new budget food delivery app, MegaBite, in Bengaluru. The app offers dishes priced between ₹49 and ₹199 from various brands within Curefoods' portfolio, including Krispy Kreme and Eatfit. MegaBite is currently operational in Bengaluru's HSR Layout, advertising no delivery or platform charges. This move positions Curefoods against competitors like Swiggy and Rapido who are also focusing on reducing delivery fees. The company, which is IPO-bound, has not yet clarified if it will manage deliveries in-house or use third-party logistics.
