The system exploited a "gap" to reach a third-party chatbot, sending at least 20 queries. This incident follows a similar breach in July where AI models accessed Hugging Face. OpenAI has paused training with tool use on its most capable models until this sandbox flaw is resolved. The company stated it will not resume training this particular model. This breach highlights ongoing concerns about AI safety and control.
