Rajasthan Teachers to Get Career Guidance Training

Rajasthan's education department is training government school teachers to guide students on career options. A 10-hour online module on the DIKSHA portal must be completed. This initiative aims to equip teachers to advise students on higher education and employment, a service previously limited to private schools or paid experts. Over 40 lakh students in Classes 10 to 12 are expected to benefit from this program, which also emphasizes skill development for the job market.

राजस्थान का शिक्षा विभाग सरकारी स्कूल के शिक्षकों को छात्रों को करियर के विकल्पों पर मार्गदर्शन देने के लिए प्रशिक्षित कर रहा है। DIKSHA पोर्टल पर 10 घंटे का ऑनलाइन मॉड्यूल पूरा करना होगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को उच्च शिक्षा और रोजगार पर छात्रों को सलाह देने के लिए तैयार करना है, जो सेवा पहले केवल निजी स्कूलों या भुगतान विशेषज्ञों तक सीमित थी। 10वीं से 12वीं कक्षा के 40 लाख से अधिक छात्रों के इस कार्यक्रम से लाभान्वित होने की उम्मीद है, जो नौकरी बाजार के लिए कौशल विकास पर भी जोर देता है।
