Anant Ambani Awarded Professorship of Practice in Sustainability at Newcastle University

Anant Ambani has been conferred a Professorship of Practice in Sustainability by Newcastle University. The honour recognizes his significant contributions to wildlife conservation through initiatives like Vantara and his leadership in the clean energy transition at Reliance Industries. The ceremony, held in King's Hall, was attended by his wife Radhika Ambani and other dignitaries. Ambani stated that he accepts the honour as a responsibility to foster a future where people and nature coexist harmoniously. His work supports Reliance's goal of achieving Net Carbon Zero by 2035.

अनंत अंबानी को न्यूकैसल यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा सस्टेनेबिलिटी में प्रोफेसर ऑफ प्रैक्टिस की उपाधि से सम्मानित किया गया है। यह सम्मान वांटारा जैसी पहलों के माध्यम से वन्यजीव संरक्षण में उनके महत्वपूर्ण योगदान और रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज में स्वच्छ ऊर्जा परिवर्तन में उनके नेतृत्व को मान्यता देता है। किंग हॉल में आयोजित समारोह में उनकी पत्नी राधिका अंबानी और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे। अंबानी ने कहा कि वह इस सम्मान को एक ऐसी भविष्य को बढ़ावा देने की जिम्मेदारी के रूप में स्वीकार करते हैं जहां लोग और प्रकृति सामंजस्यपूर्ण ढंग से सह-अस्तित्व में रहें। उनका काम रिलायंस के 2035 तक नेट कार्बन जीरो हासिल करने के लक्ष्य का समर्थन करता है।
