Ircon International to Monetise Four Highway Assets Worth ₹3,000 Crore

Ircon International is set to monetise four highway assets as part of the government's infrastructure monetisation programme. The portfolio includes two build-operate-transfer toll roads and two hybrid annuity model projects located in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Gujarat. The total enterprise value of these assets is estimated to be around ₹3,000 crore. While Ircon's revenue is primarily driven by railways, its highway segment contributed 14% of its operating revenue in FY26. This move aims to unlock significant value from these infrastructure assets.

Ircon International ₹3,000 करोड़ के चार हाईवे एसेट्स को मोनेटाइज करेगा

Ircon International सरकार के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर मोनेटाइजेशन प्रोग्राम के तहत चार हाईवे एसेट्स को मोनेटाइज करने के लिए तैयार है। पोर्टफोलियो में मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, कर्नाटक और गुजरात में स्थित दो बिल्ड-ऑपरेट-ट्रांसफर टोल रोड और दो हाइब्रिड एन्युटी मॉडल प्रोजेक्ट शामिल हैं। इन एसेट्स का कुल एंटरप्राइज वैल्यू लगभग ₹3,000 करोड़ होने का अनुमान है। जबकि Ircon का रेवेन्यू मुख्य रूप से रेलवे से आता है, इसके हाईवे सेगमेंट ने FY26 में अपने ऑपरेटिंग रेवेन्यू का 14% योगदान दिया। इस कदम का उद्देश्य इन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर एसेट्स से महत्वपूर्ण वैल्यू अनलॉक करना है।
