Kachchh Court Allows Narco Analysis Test For Father-Son Duo In Murder Case

A sessions court in Kachchh has permitted a narco analysis test for a father and son accused in the Hamirpar murder case. The duo, Bhagubha Vaghela and Siddhrajsinh, voluntarily offered to undergo the test to prove their innocence, claiming they were falsely implicated. They allege police ignored CCTV footage showing them 25km away from the crime scene at the time of the incident. The court ruled that conducting the test and procuring mobile call details would not prejudice the prosecution's case.

कच्छ की एक सेशंस कोर्ट ने हमीरपुर हत्या मामले में आरोपी पिता और पुत्र के नार्को एनालिसिस टेस्ट की अनुमति दे दी है। यह दोनों, भगूभा वाघेला और सिद्धराजसिंह, अपनी बेगुनाही साबित करने के लिए स्वेच्छा से टेस्ट कराने को तैयार हुए हैं। उनका कहना है कि उन्हें झूठा फंसाया गया है। वे आरोप लगाते हैं कि पुलिस ने उस समय के सीसीटीवी फुटेज को नजरअंदाज कर दिया जिसमें वे घटना स्थल से 25 किमी दूर दिख रहे थे। कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया कि टेस्ट कराने और मोबाइल कॉल डिटेल प्राप्त करने से अभियोजन के मामले में कोई बाधा नहीं आएगी।
