चार महिला पहलवानों ने दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में पूर्व WFI प्रमुख बृजभूषण शरण सिंह और सह-आरोपी विनोद तोमर को बरी करने के फैसले को चुनौती दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि निचली अदालत का फैसला सबूतों की गलत और एकतरफा व्याख्या पर आधारित था, जो कानूनी सिद्धांतों से हटकर है। पहलवानों का तर्क है कि फैसले में सबूतों के बजाय पीड़ितों के बारे में पुरानी रूढ़ियों का सहारा लिया गया।
