Bihar Govt To Open Grievance Cells For Guest Workers In Tamil Nadu

The Bihar government is establishing Labour Service Facilitation Centres in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Tirupur within two months to address grievances of guest workers in Tamil Nadu. These centres aim to create a database of Bihari workers and assist them with livelihoods, workplace issues, social security, education for children, and access to government schemes. This initiative, already active in Karnataka, is part of a larger plan to set up 12 such centres across India based on a survey of 12 states.

बिहार सरकार तमिलनाडु में अतिथि श्रमिकों की शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए दो महीने के भीतर चेन्नई, कोयंबटूर और तिरुपुर में श्रम सेवा सुविधा केंद्र स्थापित कर रही है। इन केंद्रों का उद्देश्य बिहारी श्रमिकों का डेटाबेस बनाना और उन्हें आजीविका, कार्यस्थल के मुद्दों, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, बच्चों की शिक्षा और सरकारी योजनाओं तक पहुँचने में सहायता करना है। कर्नाटक में पहले से सक्रिय यह पहल 12 राज्यों के सर्वेक्षण के आधार पर पूरे भारत में ऐसे 12 केंद्र स्थापित करने की एक बड़ी योजना का हिस्सा है।
