Germany is working to establish 'return hubs' for migrants outside the European Union by the end of the year. Interior Minister Dobrindt confirmed technical discussions are ongoing with non-EU nations. He met with counterparts from Denmark, Greece, Austria, and the Netherlands to finalize agreements on these controversial hubs.
