Pakistani citizens or those with Pakistani backgrounds are denied security clearance by the Home Ministry, making it impossible for them to fly for Indian airlines. Even international airlines with Pakistani pilots face scrutiny; India receives passenger and crew lists beforehand and can deny entry if security concerns arise.
