A former MLC has filed a writ petition in the Telangana High Court challenging a government order that placed lands in a prohibitory list. The petitioner alleges this order, issued on September 23, selectively targets leaders of the BRS party. He claims the current government is using the order to target political rivals, listing lands belonging to 16 BRS leaders, including former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao and K.T. Rama Rao. The petitioner also stated he was the complainant in a 'cash for vote' case involving the current Chief Minister.

एक पूर्व एमएलसी ने तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट में एक रिट याचिका दायर कर सरकार के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी है जिसमें भूमि को निषेधाज्ञा सूची में रखा गया था। याचिकाकर्ता का आरोप है कि 23 सितंबर को जारी यह आदेश चुनिंदा तौर पर बीआरएस पार्टी के नेताओं को निशाना बना रहा है। उनका दावा है कि वर्तमान सरकार इस आदेश का इस्तेमाल राजनीतिक विरोधियों को निशाना बनाने के लिए कर रही है, जिसमें पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री के. चंद्रशेखर राव और के.टी. रामा राव सहित 16 बीआरएस नेताओं की भूमि सूचीबद्ध है। याचिकाकर्ता ने यह भी कहा कि वह वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री से जुड़े 'कैश फॉर वोट' मामले में शिकायतकर्ता थे।
