14 Killed In Congo Plane Crash

Fourteen people, including two senior military officials, died when a plane crashed in Congo. The aircraft was returning to the capital Kinshasa from Kikwit when it reportedly experienced a technical problem. Among the deceased were Lieutenant General Mutombo Katalayi Tiende and Lieutenant General Bakumi Likulia. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the accident. This incident occurs amidst a continuing security crisis in Congo involving armed groups.
