Supreme Court Seeks More Exclusive UAPA, NDPS Courts

The Supreme Court has requested the establishment of more exclusive courts dedicated to handling cases under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. This move aims to expedite the trial process for these specific types of cases.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि UAPA और NDPS एक्ट के मामलों को जल्दी निपटाने के लिए खास कोर्ट बनाए जाने चाहिए। इन खास अदालतों में सिर्फ इन्हीं कानूनों से जुड़े केस सुने जाएंगे। इसका मकसद है कि ऐसे मामलों में सुनवाई की प्रक्रिया तेज हो सके और फैसला जल्दी आ सके।
