Governor Directs VCs To Resolve Student Grievances

Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain has directed vice-chancellors of universities to actively engage with students and resolve their grievances promptly. This directive follows a meeting with student delegations from Patna and Patliputra Universities who presented their long-pending demands. The Governor emphasized the need for effective grievance redressal mechanisms, including help desks for issues related to the Samarth portal. He also instructed VCs to personally inspect university campuses, libraries, and hostels to address problems directly and ensure student issues are resolved through dialogue.

बिहार के राज्यपाल सैयद अता हसनैन ने विश्वविद्यालयों के उप-कुलपतियों (वीसी) को छात्रों के साथ सक्रिय रूप से जुड़ने और उनकी शिकायतों का तुरंत समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया है। यह निर्देश पटना और पाटलिपुत्र विश्वविद्यालयों के छात्र प्रतिनिधियों के साथ एक बैठक के बाद आया, जिन्होंने अपनी लंबे समय से चली आ रही माँगें रखीं। राज्यपाल ने समर्थ पोर्टल से संबंधित मुद्दों के लिए हेल्प डेस्क सहित प्रभावी शिकायत निवारण तंत्र की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
