Kerala CM Promises Permanent Land Solution in Idukki

Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan has pledged to find permanent solutions for land-related issues in Idukki district. Addressing a high-level meeting, he announced the appointment of a special counsel for the Cardamom Hill Reserve case and assured the revocation of two government orders that imposed a construction ban. The government will also amend land rules, address sanctuary land issues, and expedite title deed distribution, with 5,000 deeds to be distributed soon. Efforts will be made to safeguard genuine farmers' interests while preventing encroachment on public land.

केरल के मुख्यमंत्री वी.डी. सतीसन ने इडुक्की जिले में ज़मीन से जुड़ी समस्याओं का स्थायी समाधान निकालने का वादा किया है। एक अहम बैठक में उन्होंने कार्डमम हिल रिज़र्व मामले के लिए विशेष वकील नियुक्त करने और निर्माण पर लगी रोक हटाने वाले दो सरकारी आदेशों को रद्द करने का आश्वासन दिया। सरकार ज़मीन के नियमों में बदलाव करेगी, अभयारण्य की ज़मीनों के मुद्दे सुलझाएगी और जल्द ही 5,000 पट्टे के कागज़ात बांटेंगी।
