IIT-Madras Launches Finishing School For Biotech Graduates To Boost Practical Skills

IIT-Madras has established an industry-oriented finishing school aimed at equipping biotechnology graduates with essential practical skills and professional competencies for the biotechnology and biomanufacturing sectors. The program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. The first batch of students is scheduled to commence on January 18, 2027, with early bird registration closing on December 15, 2026. Students pursuing B.Tech, M.Tech, and M.Sc degrees in biotechnology and related fields are eligible to apply.

आई.आई.टी.-मद्रास ने बायोटेक्नोलॉजी और बायोमैन्युफैक्चरिंग सेक्टर के लिए ज़रूरी प्रैक्टिकल स्किल्स और प्रोफेशनल कॉम्पिटेंसी से लैस करने के मकसद से एक इंडस्ट्री-ओरिएंटेड फिनिशिंग स्कूल शुरू किया है। यह प्रोग्राम अकादमिक पढ़ाई और इंडस्ट्री की ज़रूरतों के बीच की खाई को पाटने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। स्टूडेंट्स का पहला बैच 18 जनवरी, 2027 को शुरू होने वाला है, और अर्ली बर्ड रजिस्ट्रेशन 15 दिसंबर, 2026 को बंद हो जाएगा। बायोटेक्नोलॉजी और संबंधित फील्ड्स में बी.टेक, एम.टेक, और एम.एससी डिग्री हासिल करने वाले स्टूडेंट्स अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।
