Police in Bengaluru have arrested a foreign national, Kelvin James, for allegedly assaulting staff members at a Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) holding facility. James, who faces multiple NDPS Act and assault cases, reportedly attacked two staff members on consecutive days. He was allegedly upset over his prolonged detention. This is not the first instance of alleged assault, as he previously brandished a knife and threatened personnel in April. He also reportedly attacked staff with stones and a water sump lid in January.
