बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने पेपर लीक के मामलों को तेज़ी से निपटाने के लिए औरंगाबाद और नागपुर ज़िलों में दो विशेष अदालतें बनाई हैं। यह फैसला केंद्र सरकार के परीक्षा में धांधली के लिए विशेष फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनाने के कदम के बाद आया है। इन नई अदालतों का मकसद पेपर लीक और परीक्षा से जुड़ी अन्य गड़बड़ियों के मामलों को जल्दी सुलझाना है, ताकि न्याय प्रक्रिया तेज़ हो सके।
