The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered a fresh post-mortem examination of Daljit Singh, who died under suspicious circumstances on October 27. A medical board at PGIMER, Chandigarh, will conduct the procedure today, with the body to be transferred by 10 am. The court specified that cremation should occur immediately after the autopsy at the Sector 25 crematorium, strictly without the presence of any politicians or external organizations. The family's request for a CBI probe was denied, but security was ordered for them.

पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट ने दलजीत सिंह के शव का फिर से पोस्टमार्टम कराने का आदेश दिया है, जिनकी 27 अक्टूबर को संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मौत हो गई थी। यह प्रक्रिया आज PGIMER, चंडीगढ़ के एक मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा की जाएगी, और सुबह 10 बजे तक शव को स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाएगा। कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया है कि पोस्टमार्टम के तुरंत बाद सेक्टर 25 श्मशान घाट में अंतिम संस्कार किया जाए, जिसमें किसी भी राजनेता या बाहरी संगठन की उपस्थिति बिल्कुल न हो। परिवार की CBI जांच की मांग ठुकरा दी गई, लेकिन उन्हें सुरक्षा प्रदान करने का आदेश दिया गया।
