Nalco Achieves Record Half-Yearly Results With 54% Net Profit Surge

National Aluminium Company (Nalco) has reported its best-ever half-yearly financial performance, with net profit soaring 54% to ₹3,837 crore in the first six months of FY27. This record profit was driven by all-time highs in total income, Ebitda, PBT, and PAT, alongside record production of aluminium cast metal and domestic sales of alumina and aluminium. The company's total income increased by 33% to ₹11,143 crore, with Ebitda up 50% and PBT up 55%. Nalco's chairman attributed the success to robust operational efficiency, strong physical performance, and favourable market dynamics.
