According to scriptures and Panchang, the most auspicious time for Durga Visarjan is during the morning of Vijaya Dashami. Ideally, immersion should occur between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, especially if the Dashami tithi begins after sunrise. If morning rituals cannot be completed, the afternoon is also considered suitable. Performing Visarjan during daylight hours, particularly in the morning, is believed to bring prosperity and blessings. Immersion during the night or Pradosh Kaal is strictly prohibited by religious texts.
