Pope Leo XIV has returned to the Vatican four days after undergoing surgery for lung cancer in Rome. Doctors removed the lower lobe of his right lung on Tuesday, confirming adenocarcinoma, the most common form of lung cancer. He stated he felt "much better" and is expected to resume some duties on Sunday with the Angelus blessing.
