Indian tech professionals are increasingly seeking employers offering hands-on AI experience and clear career paths, with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) emerging as the preferred choice. A Talent500 survey of 2,000 professionals revealed that 71% desired AI upskilling, but only 29% received it from employers. Career growth is paramount, with 80% stating a defined path influences their decision to accept an offer. GCCs were the top choice for 69% of respondents seeking their next role, surpassing Indian product companies and IT services firms.
