Law Profession Not For Faint-Hearted, Says CJI Surya Kant To Gen Z

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant urged law graduates to uphold justice, protect individual liberty, and remain committed to constitutional values. He emphasized that the legal profession demands courage, integrity, and humility to listen to the unheard. Speaking at the National Law School of India University's convocation, CJI Surya Kant stated that the law profession is not for the faint-hearted. He expressed high expectations from the young graduates, encouraging them to serve society and be messengers of hope.

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश सूर्यकांत ने कानून स्नातकों से न्याय बनाए रखने, व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा करने और संवैधानिक मूल्यों के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध रहने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि कानूनी पेशे के लिए साहस, ईमानदारी और अनसुने लोगों को सुनने की विनम्रता की आवश्यकता होती है। नेशनल लॉ स्कूल ऑफ इंडिया यूनिवर्सिटी के दीक्षांत समारोह में बोलते हुए, सीजेआई सूर्यकांत ने कहा कि कानून का पेशा कमजोर दिल वालों के लिए नहीं है। उन्होंने युवा स्नातकों से समाज की सेवा करने और आशा के दूत बनने के लिए उच्च अपेक्षाएं व्यक्त कीं।
