A 15-year-old girl in Nagpur has broken her silence after enduring five years of alleged harassment by a 50-year-old neighbour. The ordeal began when she was around 10 years old during the Covid pandemic, with the accused reportedly making obscene gestures and threats. He also allegedly stalked her on her way to school and tuition classes. A 'Police Didi, Police Kaka' awareness programme at her school empowered her to disclose the abuse to her headmaster, leading to the neighbour's arrest.
