Governor Igor Kobzev stated that no health issues or dangerous microorganisms were detected among those traced. However, Russia has not officially confirmed the woman's death was due to plague. The governor mentioned she had actually contracted community-acquired pneumonia, suggesting the initial report might have been inaccurate.
