भोपाल में इस साल 156 डेंगू के मामले सामने आए हैं। इसके चलते स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने मच्छरों पर काबू पाने और लोगों को जागरूक करने के अपने प्रयासों को तेज कर दिया है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि स्थिति नियंत्रण में है और डेंगू प्रभावित इलाकों में लगातार निगरानी और रोकथाम के उपाय किए जा रहे हैं। टीमों ने मच्छरों के पनपने की जगहों को ढूंढने और खत्म करने के लिए 3.75 लाख से ज्यादा घरों और 27 लाख बर्तनों का सर्वे किया है। 18 चिन्हित संवेदनशील इलाकों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है, जबकि पांच केंद्रों पर डेंगू के लिए ELISA टेस्ट की सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
