Teen Survivor's LEGO Drive Aids Hospital Patients

A cancer survivor, inspired by his own hospital experiences, has launched a LEGO drive to bring joy to young patients. Alexander Ackled-Dold, who battled leukemia, and his family initiated the Southlake Superheroes campaign. The drive has successfully donated 573 LEGO mini-figures and raised over $2,575 for Southlake's pediatric oncology clinic. The initiative aims to provide children with a positive distraction during their treatments, mirroring the comfort Alexander received.
