Grammy-nominated artist Krishna Das has joined forces with Sarod Maestro Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan for a new album featuring a meditative rendition of “Om Mani Padme Hum.” The collaboration also includes Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash, aiming to promote peace, compassion, and togetherness through sacred sound. Krishna Das expressed his hope that the chants bring peace and connection, emphasizing that music and prayer can transcend divisions. Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan highlighted music's role as a universal language, calling the collaboration a privilege and an offering towards oneness.
