लोकसभा सचिवालय ने बागी टीएमसी सांसदों को जवाब देने के लिए सिर्फ़ 15 दिन का समय दिया है, जो मांगी गई मोहलत से काफ़ी कम है। इन सांसदों को अब अपनी अर्ज़ी देनी होगी। यह फ़ैसला टीएमसी के जनरल सेक्रेटरी अभिषेक बनर्जी की याचिका के बाद आया है, जिन्होंने लोकसभा स्पीकर से पार्टी लाइन तोड़ने वाले 20 सदस्यों को अयोग्य ठहराने की मांग की थी। इस कदम से पश्चिम बंगाल में राजनीतिक सरगर्मी बढ़ गई है।
