Unidentified thieves broke into an IDBI Bank ATM in Sasaram town of Rohtas district and stole over Rs 7 lakh cash. The incident is suspected to have occurred around 3 am on Sunday. Miscreants allegedly used a gas cutter to break open the machine after cutting the shutter lock. Police are investigating the matter, scanning CCTV footage from nearby cameras to identify the suspects. Bank officials are verifying the exact amount stolen through cash reconciliation.

रोहतास जिले के सासाराम कस्बे में आईडीबीआई बैंक के एक एटीएम में अज्ञात चोरों ने सेंधमारी कर 7 लाख रुपये से ज़्यादा नकद चुरा लिए। यह घटना रविवार तड़के करीब 3 बजे हुई मानी जा रही है। शरारती तत्वों ने कथित तौर पर शटर का ताला काटकर मशीन को तोड़ने के लिए गैस कटर का इस्तेमाल किया। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है, संदिग्धों की पहचान के लिए आसपास के कैमरों से सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाली जा रही है। बैंक अधिकारी नकद मिलान के ज़रिए चोरी की गई सटीक राशि का सत्यापन कर रहे हैं।
