Ethiopian government forces have entered the strategic town of Adwa in the Tigray region without resistance, following their capture of Adigrat. Residents reported that shops were closed and government institutions, including Adwa Hospital, were looted after TPLF fighters withdrew. Ethiopian Airlines has also resumed flights to Mekelle, the region's capital, for the first time since September 23. This advance comes as the conflict in Ethiopia's northern Tigray region continues, with flights to the capital now operational.
