Victims are asked to pay small amounts for delivery charges, like ₹499 or ₹999. After entering UPI PIN or card details, thousands of rupees are siphoned from their bank accounts.

साइबर अपराधी Flipkart के Big Billion Days और Amazon के Great Indian Festival सेल के उत्साह का फायदा उठा रहे हैं। स्कैमर WhatsApp और Telegram पर नकली लिंक का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं, जिसमें iPhone 16 ₹9,999 में या मुफ्त उपहार जैसे सौदे का वादा किया जा रहा है। इन लिंक पर क्लिक करने से उपयोगकर्ता Flipkart जैसी दिखने वाली नकली वेबसाइटों पर पहुँच जाते हैं। पीड़ितों से ₹499 या ₹999 जैसे डिलीवरी शुल्क के लिए छोटी रकम का भुगतान करने को कहा जाता है। UPI PIN या कार्ड विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद, उनके बैंक खातों से हजारों रुपये निकाल लिए जाते हैं।
