A cyclonic storm 'Arnab' has weakened into a low-pressure area, bringing rain and strong winds to several parts of North India, including Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab, and Haryana. This weather shift may make it difficult for women observing the Karwa Chauth fast to sight the moon. Delhi-NCR can expect cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and winds up to 50 km/h. Similar conditions are predicted for UP and Bihar, with potential for cooler temperatures after the rain.
