Delhi ACP Files FIR Against Journalists, CJP Leaders For Casteist Remarks

An FIR has been registered against independent journalists Rozi, Gajendra Singh, and leaders Abhijit Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka, and CJP based on a complaint by Delhi Police ACP Vivek Bhagat. The complaint alleges casteist remarks, public humiliation, obstruction of official duty, and defamation via social media. The FIR, filed at Parliament Street police station, includes accusations stemming from an incident at Jantar Mantar.

दिल्ली पुलिस एसीपी विवेक भगत की शिकायत पर स्वतंत्र पत्रकारों रोज़ी, गजेंद्र सिंह और नेताओं अभिजीत दिपके, आशुतोष रांका और सीजेपी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है। शिकायत में सोशल मीडिया के ज़रिए जातिवादी टिप्पणी, सार्वजनिक अपमान, सरकारी काम में बाधा डालने और मानहानि का आरोप लगाया गया है। संसद मार्ग पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज एफआईआर में जंतर मंतर पर हुई एक घटना से जुड़े आरोप भी शामिल हैं।
