Iain Ward, diagnosed with aggressive glioblastoma in 2020, has become known online as 'The King of Chemo'. He discovered his brain tumour in 2019 during a medical trial, initially thought to be benign. Ward underwent awake brain surgery and now combines cancer awareness with fitness and humour online. He has raised over £350,000 by 2025 and aims to surpass the marathon fundraising record of £2,330,159.38.
