Israeli Shelling Injures Two in Southern Lebanon

Israeli artillery shelling injured two people in Chaqra, southern Lebanon, on Friday and they were taken to Tebnin hospital. Israeli troops also advanced towards border towns, clashing with Lebanese soldiers. The shelling occurred as Israel occupies parts of southern Lebanon following a June framework agreement for gradual withdrawal. Israeli forces also struck other municipalities and reportedly set fire to a public hospital in Meiss el-Jabal.
