Kerala CM: PSC Members Must Answer Police Summons

Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan stated that Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) members and its Chairperson must cooperate with the police investigation into suspected recruitment test fraud. The PSC has refused to answer summons from the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing alleged lapses in evaluating answer papers for chief-level posts. Around 300 job aspirants had taken the tests. Satheesan emphasized that no organization is above the law and warned of legal recourse.

केरल के मुख्यमंत्री वी.डी. सतीसन ने कहा कि केरल पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन (PSC) के सदस्यों और इसके अध्यक्ष को भर्ती परीक्षा में कथित धांधली की पुलिस जांच में सहयोग करना चाहिए। PSC ने मुख्य पदों के लिए उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के मूल्यांकन में कथित खामियों की जांच कर रही स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम (SIT) के समन का जवाब देने से इनकार कर दिया है। लगभग 300 नौकरी चाहने वालों ने परीक्षा दी थी।
