Flydubai Co-Pilot Attacked Captain With Crash Axe Mid-Flight

A Flydubai flight carrying 182 people en route to Israel made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia after a violent incident in the cockpit. A passenger reported that the on-duty crew members rushed into the cockpit to help stabilize and land the aircraft. This was necessary after the co-pilot attacked the captain with a crash axe. The extreme descent required to land the plane caused part of its rudder to be torn away.
